Iceland | Day 6

The use of traveling is to regulate imagination by reality, and instead of thinking how things may be, to see them as they are. - Samuel Johnson

This day was filled with mountain hiking, crater exploring, and cowshed eating. The Vogafjos Cowshed Cafe was our first Icelandic restaurant, and it was definitely the best meal we consumed. The cafe was attached to the barn where the cows were milked, and of course, our meals included fresh cheese. Literally, farm to table without even having to step outside. When we finished exploring the Lake Myvatn area, we made our way to Akureyri.
