Pittsburgh Children's Museum Wedding | Brandon + Cynthia

Brandon and Cynthia are so special to me and Todd. They were some of our first friends in Pittsburgh, and now we spend time with them every single week through our Bible study. We love them! So when they asked me to photograph their wedding, I did not even have to think about it. I get emotional at every wedding I attend, but watching some of your closest friends commit their lives to each other is absolutely beautiful. I was crying through several big moments of the day.

What was your favorite moment of the day? My favorite moment was sharing our vows to each other. It was such a meaningful part of the ceremony because we had written our own, which reflected our own voices. I will also remember crying while walking down the aisle and seeing Brandon at the altar and realizing how real that moment was.

What about your wedding reflected your relationship as a couple (special details, etc.)? I would like to say that how we acted throughout the day reflected pretty well who we are as a couple. We can both be pretty silly so even dancing down the aisle or shoving cake into each other's faces pretty much describes us :)

Any other info you would like to share about your love story or your wedding day? It couldn't be more perfect and more memorable. The ceremony, taking communion together, reception location, the centerpieces, cake topper, music choices, style of the dress, and everything else were very "us."  And the day was even better celebrating with all of our family and friends who could be there. Hopefully our silliness will stay with us forever!
